Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre

This £100 million project launches Maidstone into the top 50 shopping locations in the UK.

 

Situated in the heart of Maidstone’s vibrant town centre, the development incorporates 350,000 sq ft of prime retail space, along with extra parking for 800 cars. Anchor store House of Fraser was the first retailer to open in early March 2005 and was followed by 50 other top names including Zara, Next, Faith and HMV.

 

Fremlin Walk manager Mark Martin commented that the centre “is a major milestone in the development of Maidstone as a regional shopping destination.”
