Clean and green

Established in 2004, Ridge Crest Cleaning is a highly ambitious and fast growing business with strong links to Maidstone. In fact, in partnership with Maidstone Borough Council, Ridge Crest introduced the UK's first environmentally-friendly cleaning contract in 2005. As the council's preferred cleaning contractor, Ridge Crest use only environmentally-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products. In 2006, Ridge Crest's green credentials won it the Kent Environment Award for best practice. It offers a full range of cleaning services to commercial, public sector, leisure and industrial premises.

Ian Beach, Managing Director, who is as passionate about the environment as he is about cleaning, said; "Everything that we use is ecologically friendly, with a minimal effect on the environment. Our work with Maidstone Borough Council has been pivotal to the success of the business. We're firmly committed to the area and are rolling out green contracts throughout the county."
